About Focuse

We believe focus is the most valuable skill of the 21st century. Our mission is to make it measurable, trainable, and accessible to everyone.

Our Mission

To provide a simple, scientific, and accessible way for everyone to benchmark and train their attention. In a world designed to distract us, we build tools that help you reclaim your most valuable asset: your focus.

We combine historical attention research with modern data analytics to create a focus training experience that's both evidence-based and engaging. Whether you're a student preparing for exams, a professional tackling deep work, or anyone seeking to improve concentration, Focuse gives you the metrics to track progress and the motivation to keep going.

Our Vision

A world where focus is treated as a trainable skill, not a fixed trait. We envision a future where everyone has a clear Focus Score and the daily habits to improve it, leading to more meaningful work and a more present life.

Just as fitness trackers made physical health visible, Focuse makes cognitive performance visible. We believe that when people can measure their focus, they can improve it. And when they improve their focus, they unlock their full potential.

ADHD Test will not give you answers. Focuse test will do.

Many people search for an ADHD test because they feel they can't focus. They struggle with a short attention span, constant brain fog, or the feeling that they're always switching tabs. While these symptoms are real, they don't always point to a medical condition. Often, it's just focus depletion from a world designed to distract us.

Most people don't have a permanent attention deficit. They have untrained focus. We connect clinical concerns and performance training by providing a focus benchmark. It measures your current state without the medical labels, giving you a starting point for improvement.

Person focused on single task - potential vs execution

Potential vs. Execution.

Why IQ is only half the story.

IQ Measures Potential. Focus Measures Execution.

People often take an IQ test or intelligence test to find their cognitive ceiling. But high mental acuity means nothing if you can't apply it. You can have the most powerful engine in the world, but if you can't keep it on the road, you won't get anywhere.

We position Focus Score as the missing half of your IQ. While an intelligence test measures what you can do, Focuse measures if you will do it without being distracted. It's a cognitive test for the real world, where the ability to stay on task is the ultimate competitive advantage.

Stop wondering about your potential and start measuring your execution. Our mental acuity test gives you the data you need to turn your intelligence into results.

The Science of the Schulte Table

The method behind Focuse is built on a century of attention research. It started with the Schulte table, a simple grid of numbers used to measure visual search speed and sustained concentration. By finding numbers in sequence, researchers could objectively track how well a person could maintain focus.

Later, the method was advanced for high-stakes professions like pilots and air traffic controllers. The Red-Black Table (or Schulte-Gorbov method) added a dual-task layer. By forcing the brain to switch between two different sequences, it trained mental flexibility and resistance to interference.

Focuse modernizes this time-tested engine. We've taken the core mechanics of the Schulte grid and combined them with modern data analytics to create the ultimate focus training platform.

Simple Game, Powerful Data

The Focuse Table takes 60 seconds to learn. A lifetime to master.

The Task

Click black 1, then red 1, then black 2, then red 2. Alternate between colors as fast as you can without mistakes. Simple rules, deep training.

The Metrics

We measure completion time, error rate, consistency, and fatigue patterns. Every interaction reveals something about your focus.

The Insight

Compare your Focus Score against thousands of players. See your percentile. Track trends over weeks to see your improvement.

Why Data And Analytics Matters

Most focus advices are vague. Meditation and habit building are great, but they are hard to measure. Focuse turns the abstract into something concrete.

When you see your Focus Score rise after two weeks of daily training, you know it's working. When you see your error rate spike halfway through a session, you spot your fatigue point. This isn't guesswork. It's evidence-based training that adapts to you.
